Loss Deserves
to Be Heard

We are taught how to celebrate, welcome, and begin. We are rarely taught how to acknowledge loss—or how to stay beside someone living through it.

Death remains nearly taboo in America. But there is no getting around grief. We can only move through it, together.

Loss Out Loud is an invitation to make grief easier to name, recognize, and support—even when living through it is anything but easy.

An Initiative of
Bri’s Lodge

Loss Out Loud is presented by Bri’s Lodge, a nonprofit grief-support organization created in memory of BriAnna “Bri” Kruzel, who died in 2013 at age 18.

Bri was known for showing up for others. Her spirit continues through a place built to ensure people facing loss do not have to face it alone.

Bri’s Lodge offers compassionate support, connection, and a path toward hope—not by trying to fix grief, but by helping people carry it.

More support options are coming. Bri’s Lodge is building ways to connect grief with real, human support beyond this wall of remembrances.
